The Financing of your training

Your training in professional effectiveness can be financed by different solutions depending on your status and your rights.

If you are a job seeker, several agencies such as Pôle emploi, the regions, the State can finance your training.

If you are employed, the OPCO, the FNE or the CPF can finance your training.

The CPF (Personal Training Account)

The Personal Training Account is intended for all French workers. You benefit from €500 to €800 / year with a ceiling of €5,000 to €8,000 which allows you to freely finance the training of your choice.

Your employer can supplement your CPF.

The OPCO (

The Opérateurs de Compétences, organized by branch of activity, collect and manage contributions from companies to finance vocational training. If the training is at the initiative of the employer, then the educational costs are borne by the company’s OPCO.

The FNE

Launched in 2020, extended in 2021 and 2022, the FNE covers employee training according to the company’s eligibility criteria (companies impacted by the health crisis). The FNE is managed by the company’s OPCO.
