We offer different formats: Live Video Training = Individual remote sessions and face-to-face format. These are very flexible private lessons.

- Virtual class = small group format of 5 to 10 people. This format is interesting for groups of similar level with the same availabilities.
- Webinars = for groups of 20 to 100 people. This is often a preferred format for conveying information.
